About Barrett Engineering
Professional Environmental Engineer and
After working with US EPA on regional ozone strategies, and with NASA on in-situ middle atmospheric density observations, I have been preparing Clean Air Act and state and local air permit applications and air quality analyses. My clients include manufacturing and materials handling sources, municipalities and communities.
With engineering and scientific training (BS in Aerospace Engineering from University of Virginia and MS in Atmospheric Sciences from University of Washington), I apply solid technical capabilities and scientifically rigorous approaches to every project.
I use my years of experience in all issues related to air quality, including permitting, litigation, analysis and modeling, to be efficient and accurate in completing every project.
